SadFish Inc. is looking for a Web Designer/Developer to bring our website to life. This role blends creativity with technical skill, and you'll work closely with our team to build a site that’s as functional as it is visually engaging.

What You'll Do

Design and develop high-quality, responsive websites from concept to final deliverable.
Generate original, user-friendly web design concepts that simplify complex challenges.
Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to communicate design strategies and interactions.
Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to define requirements, project scope, and solutions.
Present and defend design decisions to team members and executive stakeholders.
Implement and uphold design guidelines, best practices, and web standards.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Troubleshoot and test web functionality to ensure performance, reliability, and compatibility.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Web Designer or Web Developer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design techniques.
Experience with WordPress, PHP, jQuery, Git, and command-line tools (CLI).
Skilled in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.
Ability to translate mockups and business requirements into functional websites.
Familiarity with performance optimization and cross-platform adaptation.
Experience using VS Code or similar development environments.
