Base44 (part of Wix) is hiring a Web and Brand Designer to join the Marketing Design Studio. This multidisciplinary role involves creating visual communication across web design, brand identity, campaigns, and digital assets.
What You'll Do
- Construct creative concepts and communicate them clearly.
- Take full ownership of projects from A to Z, overseeing brand identity, UX/UI design, and all digital assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, understand goals, and develop strategic visual communication approaches.
- Demonstrate strong learning agility, quickly acquiring new skills and exploring unfamiliar domains.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance creativity, streamline processes, and develop innovative design solutions.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a professional design environment.
- Excellent branding and visual language creation skills.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
- Curious, self-motivated, eager to learn, and an out-of-the-box conceptual thinker.
- Ability to dissect and understand a brand's DNA and its target audience.
- Strong ability to create, ideate, and experiment using AI-based tools.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Motion and After Effects.
