Plum is hiring a Wealth Operations Specialist (Pensions and Investments) to join our Wealth Operations team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing complex customer cases and ensuring smooth, compliant operations for our wealth products. You'll help our customers make the most of their investments while driving automation and process improvements.
What You'll Do
- Act as the go-to escalation point for specialized technical queries and high-risk items.
- Resolve complex cases, escalations, complaints, and exceptions requiring deep product or regulatory insight.
- Support customers and internal teams by providing answers to queries regarding the ISA product.
- Maintain and take ownership of Operational Product Processes & Guidelines.
- Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure fast processing of transfer requests and quick resolution of customer queries.
- Map, document, and identify inefficiencies in all processes; devise and implement improvement plans.
- Deliver training sessions and support the onboarding of new team members, including Senior Analysts, Analysts, and Administrators.
- Cascade and deliver process improvements to the wider team.
- Work closely with Product and Tech teams to drive automation of reporting, transfers, payments, and internal tooling.
- Support the Investment Operations team with day-to-day tasks for Plum’s other wealth products (GIA, SIPP, ISA, ETFs).
- Process back-office operations for SIPP transfers (in/out), including allocations and payments.
What We're Looking For
- You have experience administering SIPP transfers.
- You possess good knowledge of pension regulations and reporting requirements.
- You have working experience of the CASS rules, particularly CASS 6 & 7.
- You have experience with cash and stock reconciliations.
- You demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to collaborative work.
- You have experience working in a back-office function within a FinTech business.
- You are self-directed and can take the initiative.
- You have a deep commitment to ethical conduct and regulatory compliance.
- You are willing to come into our central London office 2 days a week.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid role with a flexible approach to remote working. We encourage at least 2 days a week in one of our beautiful offices in London, Athens, or Cyprus.
