Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments for raw materials, intermediates, drug substance, and drug product
- Manage freight forwarders and carriers; monitor shipment status and proactively resolve issues
- Prepare, review, and maintain shipping and customs documentation
- Support temperature-controlled, time-sensitive, and high-value shipments
- Ensure logistics activities comply with GMP/GDP requirements and internal SOPs
- Work closely with Manufacturing, QA, QC, Procurement, and Project teams to align shipment schedules
- Track logistics costs and support cost control and optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Life Sciences, or related field is preferred
- Approximately 5 years of logistics or supply chain experience, preferably within CDMO, biotech, pharma, or life sciences industries
- Solid experience with international shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarder management
- Familiarity with regulated environments (GMP/GDP)
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation discipline
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities independently
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
