Ryder Integrated Logistics, Inc. is looking for a Warehouse Maintenance Tech I to join the team. In this full-time, permanent position, you will be responsible for maintaining the physical assets of the warehouse property, ensuring day-to-day operational reliability under the direction of the Maintenance or Operations Manager.

What You'll Do

Complete all routine lubrications, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks for mechanical warehouse equipment.
Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures.
Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors.
Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations.
Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines.
Support and participate in lean initiative activities within the warehouse.
Investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues.

What We're Looking For

A strong background in maintenance repair and preventive maintenance programs with two (2) years or more of experience.

Nice to Have

H.S. diploma or GED is preferred.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Maintenance Manager or Operations Manager.

Compensation: $28 per hour with weekly pay.
