What You'll Do
- Lead full-cycle executive recruiting for leadership-level positions
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Partner with senior leadership to understand talent needs and define role requirements
- Drive key initiatives to evolve and scale the executive search practice
- Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience throughout the search process

- Proven experience in full-cycle executive search or senior-level recruiting
- Strong track record of successfully placing leadership talent
- Ability to develop strategic relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication, assessment, and negotiation skills
