Responsibilities
- Lead design teams and work alongside multidisciplinary creators to develop innovative solutions
- Partner directly with clients, applying narrative and visual design to clarify and communicate intricate concepts
- Translate user research and exploratory questions into visual frameworks and stories that humanize experiences
- Develop and direct prototypes of varying fidelity to test ideas and create shared understanding across teams
- Mentor and elevate fellow designers through constructive feedback, collaboration, and demonstration of craft excellence
- Maintain strong standards for visual design while encouraging experimentation, refinement, and growth
- Advocate for visual communication as a vital tool in making abstract ideas concrete and impactful
