This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as a Virtual Sales Representative, delivering science-based education and clinical insights to healthcare providers across a designated virtual territory. Working remotely, you will engage with primary care stakeholders via teleconference and phone to increase awareness of an upcoming therapeutic offering, focusing on accurate, compliant communication of disease-state information and appropriate clinical use.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete required product and disease-state training promptly to build a strong foundation in clinical and market knowledge
- Prepare and maintain a data-driven understanding of your assigned territory prior to product launch
- Take ownership of individual sales goals and performance metrics post-approval
- Deliver approved, education-centered messaging to healthcare professionals in alignment with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business planning and execution
- Equip providers with tools and knowledge to identify potential treatment gaps in relevant patient populations
- Accurately document customer interactions, literature requests, and follow-up activities in company systems
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, including PDMA and corporate guidelines
- Operate independently from a remote home office while maintaining accountability for measurable outcomes
