Keller Executive Search is looking for a Virtual Project Manager - Construction to oversee and coordinate construction projects entirely through remote collaboration and digital platforms. You will be responsible for driving project success by managing timelines, resources, and communication with all stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple construction projects through digital platforms
- Coordinate with on-site supervisors, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Review and approve project documentation and change orders
- Lead virtual team meetings and progress reviews
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve project conflicts and maintain risk management plans
- Generate reports and analytics for project tracking
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of construction project management experience
- PMP certification
- Experience with construction management software like Procore or PlanGrid
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and regulations
- Proven remote team management experience
- Excellence in digital communication and virtual collaboration
