Global Medical Virtual Assistants is hiring a Virtual Medical Manager to lead and manage a team of virtual assistants. This role is central to ensuring alignment between the virtual assistants' performance and client expectations through daily planning, operations, and problem-solving for a portfolio of Medical Client-VA pairs.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving of a team of Medical Client-VA pairs to meet required client targets.
- Partner with clients to create task lists that drive productivity and profitability for their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
- Work with clients to help grow their businesses by leveraging all services offered by Global Medical.
- Manage Medical Client-VA pairs, as well as clients and their needs, including mitigating concerns, anticipating growth, identifying patterns, handling situations, high-level escalations, and negotiations.
What We're Looking For
- At least three years of Healthcare/Medical Management or Remote Management experience, with familiarity of operational processes.
- High proficiency in the English language, both written and oral.
- Ability to perform under pressure and work alongside high-level professionals in a team environment.
- A self-starter who is highly-motivated, focused, organized, and has a growth mindset.
- Ability to think outside the box: understand requirements and create solutions when necessary.
- Efficiency with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
- Openness to working night shifts.
- Meets all specified primary and backup system requirements.
Nice to Have
- A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field.
- At least one year of Training and Development experience.
