The Virtual Assistant will support the day-to-day operations of The Flex, a fast-growing London-based start-up in the short-stay accommodation sector. This role ensures smooth communication across teams, manages administrative workflows, and provides exceptional support to clients and partners in a remote-first environment.

What We're Looking For
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- A reliable laptop, mobile phone, and internet connection
- Availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule
- Flexibility to work beyond regular hours when required

- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce)

Work Mode
Remote; standard schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK time), Monday to Saturday with 1 day off (Sunday) per week; upon promotion to Senior Distribution Assistant, schedule adjusts to 5 working days per week with 2 days off
