Job Title: Video Content Specialist Location: Remote - LATAM Salary: $7 - $12 per hour | $1,120 - $1,900 per month (negotiable based on experience) Schedule: Mountain Standard Timezone We are searching for an imaginative and meticulous Video Content Editor with extensive digital marketing expertise. The perfect candidate can transform unprocessed footage into engaging videos that boost interaction, conversions, and brand recognition. You will work closely with marketing and design teams to deliver exceptional content for advertisements, digital platforms, websites, and campaign materials. Responsibilities - Produce and edit premium video content for digital advertising, social media, and marketing initiatives. - Develop concise and comprehensive videos tailored for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Podcast, and additional platforms. - Integrate motion graphics, subtitles, scene transitions, and visual enhancements. - Refine and optimize podcast audio/video material (preferred). - Process and complete approximately 10–15 video editing requests weekly for client projects, alongside managing a comparable volume of internal video content. - Coordinate with creative and marketing departments to ensure consistent brand alignment and strategic vision. - Adapt existing resources into multiple formats across various channels. - Manage media archives, maintain project version control, and guarantee timely submissions. - Remain informed about digital marketing developments, platform guidelines, and emerging content approaches. Requirements - Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Video Editor, preferably within digital marketing or advertising. - Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. - Comprehensive understanding of social media trends, advertising formats, and performance-driven creative strategies. - Motion graphics expertise using After Effects (significant advantage). - Podcast editing experience (audio/video) is advantageous. - Portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing or social media video work. - Capability to manage multiple projects autonomously and meet strict deadlines. - Exceptional communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
