Responsibilities

• Direct the RWE team in generating insights from real-world data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RWE into product development.
• Develop and implement strategies for data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead projects that leverage real-world data to support clinical and regulatory submissions.
• Identify opportunities for RWE to inform clinical trial design and execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including healthcare providers and payers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in RWE.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of RWE databases and analytics tools.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Manage the budget and resources allocated to the RWE team.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of RWE findings to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to address data privacy and security concerns.

• Participate in industry conferences and workshops to enhance the team's expertise in RWE.
