EWOR GmbH, founded by serial entrepreneurs, is seeking a Co-Founder / Head of Growth to build and run a startup in Vertical Farming. You'll embark on a personal development journey with a customised programme designed to scale your venture to €100M+ in revenues and build a €1B+ company.
What You'll Do
- Own, build, and run your own startup in fields such as Vertical Farming.
- Follow a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
- Receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding.
- Iterate your product with us until reaching product-market-fit.
- Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing engine.
What We're Looking For
- You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- You are willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- You have excellent communication skills in the English language.
