EWOR GmbH is looking for an E-Commerce Co-Founder / COO to launch and lead your own venture. As part of our structured programme, you will own, build, and run a startup in fields such as E-Commerce, supported by direct mentorship from unicorn founders and the goal of scaling to €100M+ in revenues.
What You'll Do
- Own, build, and run your own startup in fields such as E-Commerce.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customised programme enhancing your goal, time, and energy management.
- Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
- Build up a sales force or create a marketing engine.
- Hire top talent through the provided network and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
- Receive intensive coaching to make your startup ready to raise millions in funding.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills in the English language.
