EWOR GmbH is seeking a Co-Founder and CPTO to build and run a new startup in fields such as Vertical Farming. You will take full ownership of your venture while receiving extensive support and coaching from serial entrepreneurs who have built billion-euro companies.
What You'll Do
- Build and run your own startup as a Co-Founder, serving as the Chief Product and Technology Officer.
- Embark on a fully customized personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders to enhance your goal, time, and energy management.
- Receive support in hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals with advice from serial entrepreneurs.
- Receive coaching to make your startup 'investible', preparing it to raise millions in funding.
- Iterate your product until reaching product-market fit and build up a sales force or marketing machine.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate.
- Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills and English language proficiency.
