The Veeva Vault Expert will configure and test Veeva Vault modules in compliance with client and regulatory requirements, focusing on implementation and migration projects within Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). This role is part of NeuraFlash, a member of Accenture, working within a globally diverse team on international projects.
What You'll Do
- Configure Veeva Vault modules based on client and regulatory requirements
- Execute migration activities across all environments (Sandbox, Validation, Production)
- Build transformation scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading
- Accurately translate documented transformation rules into technical scripts
- Utilize appropriate tools to extract, transform, and load data
- Design and develop configuration test scenarios and test cases aligned to approved requirements and configuration specifications
- Execute configuration, functional, and regression testing across Veeva Vault modules
- Document test results, capture evidence, and log defects with clear reproduction steps and impact assessment
- Collaborate closely with configuration teams, functional leads, and validation leads to resolve defects and retest fixes
- Support formal validation cycles by ensuring test scripts and execution evidence meet quality and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on Veeva Vault configuration and testing experience through implementation and / or migration projects
- Experience in test design, test case authoring, and test execution for configuration and process scenarios
- Familiarity with validation and compliance-focused testing in regulated environments (e.g., GxP)
- Ability to interpret functional specifications, configuration documents, and user stories into executable test scenarios
- Has experience with the implementation and migration of multiple Veeva Vault projects
- Deep understanding of Vault objects, fields, and joins (registrations, submissions, archive, publishing)
- Ability to manage the definition, facilitation, and documentation of transformation rules from source systems into Vault (registrations, submissions, archive, publishing)
- Comprehensive knowledge of life science regulatory information to support target-to-source and source-to-target mapping
- Strong experience with other documentation systems
- Clear communication, facilitation, and documentation skills
