OneDome is looking for a UX/UI Designer to own and elevate the user experience across our core products. This is a hands-on senior role where you will shape how customers and partners experience our financial and legal transaction platforms at scale.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end UX/UI for complex, multi-step financial and legal journeys.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, scalable designs.
- Design flows that reduce friction, increase conversion, and improve completion rates.
- Lead discovery, user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Create high-quality UI designs aligned with OneDome’s brand and product vision.
- Evolve and maintain a scalable design system (components, patterns, accessibility).
- Ensure consistency across web, mobile, and internal platforms.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, and Operations.
- Partner with developers to ensure high-quality implementation.
- Present design decisions clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Use data, user feedback, and experimentation to continuously improve UX.
- Design for scale: thousands of transactions, multiple user types, and growing feature sets.
- Balance speed of delivery with design quality in a fast-moving environment.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Strong experience designing complex, transactional or fintech products.
- Proven experience owning large parts of a product end-to-end.
- Expert in Figma (or similar modern design tools).
- Strong UX fundamentals: user research, IA, interaction design, usability.
- Strong visual/UI design skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience working with design systems at scale.
- Ability to simplify complex flows without losing compliance or accuracy.
- Product-first thinker with strong commercial awareness.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Pragmatic, execution-focused, and outcome-driven.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with fintech, banking or regulated products.
- Mobile app design experience (iOS / Android).
- Experience designing internal tools or B2B platforms.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
