You will engage with senior design professionals, utilizing your analytical and imaginative capabilities to drive discovery, design, and production phases for initiatives in public sector, educational, non-profit, and governmental domains. Requirements: Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3+ years agency experience with a compelling portfolio demonstrating digital project expertise. - Extraordinary precision, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of visual hierarchy and design excellence. - Superior interpersonal and communication capabilities enabling effective collaboration with clients and team members. - Demonstrable passion for conceptual design thinking combined with execution and delivery proficiency. - Advanced Figma competency, leveraging sophisticated auto-layout and variable functionalities. - Comprehensive understanding of CMS platforms like Drupal and WordPress, enabling implementation-conscious design approaches.
