Brand Boosting GmbH is looking for a UX/UI Designer Trainee (m/w/d) to join a 4-month bootcamp program. This practical training provides hands-on experience in product design, culminating in a certificate and active job search support. Through our platform, Digitale Leute, we network specialists and shape software development with partners like Airbnb, Porsche Digital, and Rewe Digital.
What You'll Do
- Learn and apply User Research to understand user needs
- Learn and apply Prototyping & Wireframing to make ideas tangible
- Learn and conduct Usability Tests to gather feedback and improve solutions
- Learn and practice Interface Design to create modern, user-friendly interfaces
- Learn and work with Agile Methods like Scrum & Kanban in simulated product teams
What We're Looking For
- Enthusiasm for design, technology & digital products
- Team-oriented, communicative, and open to feedback
- Good German language skills as the course and projects are mostly in German
- No prior design knowledge required, only motivation & willingness to learn
