Evertech is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring every product is functional, engaging, and aligned with user needs.
What You'll Do
- Design user interfaces and experiences that are both aesthetically pleasing and highly usable.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using Figma and Sketch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve workflows.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries.
- Stay current with UI/UX trends and best practices to drive innovation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio of web and mobile projects.
- Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch).
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
