Brafton is looking for a UX Designer to join our team. This is a contractor position where you will work remotely from Brazil, focusing on creating effective and engaging user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Design user-centered digital experiences from concept to execution
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into design solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Advocate for design best practices and a consistent user experience
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Excellent communication skills in English

This is a remote contractor position. You must be located and legally authorized to work in Brazil.
