BANCO GUAYAQUIL S.A. is looking for a UX Designer to supervise the execution of design projects focused on solving key user problems. Your work will ensure maximum usability and satisfaction while directly supporting our business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Propose and design interaction flows for user-oriented digital products, applying the bank's design system with precision and consistency.
- Lead and promote continuous improvement processes in the design of digital touchpoints, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Lead the design of new products or the redesign of existing products, using agile and user-centered methodologies to ensure an optimal experience.
- Foster the importance of design within the organization with the goal of making it our competitive advantage.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a university degree in Marketing Engineering, Systems Engineering, Graphic Design, Anthropology, or related fields.
