Transdev is looking for a Utility Worker/Service Employee to perform essential vehicle servicing duties at our Concord, NC location. This role focuses on maintaining fleet readiness and providing excellent customer service in a safety-first environment.
What You'll Do
- Maintain the cleanliness of fleet vehicles, including interior and exterior
- Drive, maneuver, and park vehicles
- Fuel buses, replenish fluids, and log and record all fluids
- Download drive cameras and probe fare boxes
- Perform light maintenance on shop areas, fueling stations, and related facilities
- Report maintenance issues to the supervisor
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
- Ability to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable
- Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $19.00 per hour Starting Wage for fully credentialed CDL Holders, $17.00 per hour Starting Wage for Non CDL Holders
- Vacation: minimum of 2 weeks
- 5 sick days
- Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating
