PointClickCare is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Life Sciences product team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive and effective user experiences for a specialized and impactful domain within our healthcare technology platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead the UX design process for Life Sciences product initiatives, from research to high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define problems and design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure consistency across the product experience.
- Present and rationalize design decisions to stakeholders and team members.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience, with a portfolio showcasing your process.
- Proven experience designing complex web applications or enterprise software.
- Strong proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Solid understanding of user research methodologies and how to apply insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
Work Mode
