Nortal is hiring a (UP067) Data Scientist

Nearsure is hiring a Data Scientist to shape B2B data-driven marketing and personalization strategy. You will build robust models that inform customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and product strategy. This position places you within our 'Future Talent' network for proactive consideration for future opportunities with our clients.

What You'll Do

• Design, implement, and optimize customer segmentation models, including clustering algorithms like k-means and DBSCAN.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering teams to scale buying group frameworks for personalization and targeting.
• Integrate advanced models into Customer Data Platforms such as Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, or Salesforce CDP.
• Apply machine learning to solve complex problems related to customer behavior, churn prediction, and RFM analysis.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects from ideation through deployment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working in Data Science.
• 2+ years of experience in a Senior or Lead role.
• Deep expertise in clustering algorithms and customer segmentation techniques.
• Proficiency in Python or R, and strong SQL skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and tools such as dbt, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Strong experience working with Customer Data Platforms and customer data infrastructure.
• Knowledge of identity resolution and data unification techniques.
• Advanced English Level is required for working with US clients.
