About the Role

The individual in this role will work closely with sales to translate customer requirements into scalable, high-performance network designs using UniFi products, ensuring technical feasibility and product alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales representatives to understand client needs and objectives.
  • Design tailored network infrastructure solutions based on customer environments.
  • Conduct technical assessments for commercial and enterprise deployment scenarios.
  • Produce detailed network diagrams and system documentation for proposed installations.
  • Perform proof-of-concept demonstrations to validate solution performance.
  • Provide pre-sales technical guidance for UniFi product integration.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding system capabilities and limitations.
  • Evaluate site conditions to recommend optimal equipment placement and configuration.
  • Support bid responses with technical specifications and system justifications.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to escalate product feedback and feature requests.
  • Assist in the development of sales tools and technical training materials.
  • Stay current with product updates, firmware releases, and security patches.
  • Troubleshoot pre-deployment design challenges and propose alternatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards in network design proposals.
  • Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in customer meetings and technical workshops.
  • Validate solution scalability for large-scale deployments.
  • Monitor emerging networking trends and competitive offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer engagements and project progress.
  • Support post-sales handoff to implementation teams when required.
