Explore Learning is hiring a Tutor to provide tailored educational support to children aged 4 to 16. In this role, you will empower members to become fearless learners by leading small group sessions with a 1:6 ratio, covering the national curriculum, 11 plus entrance exams, and GCSE content.
What You'll Do
- Lead small group tutoring sessions in a 1:6 ratio.
- Use the Compass smart learning tool to tailor lessons to each learner's ability.
- Build strong relationships with members to inspire them to be fearless learners.
- Support members as they progress through the national curriculum, entrance exams, and GCSE preparation.
- Celebrate member achievements and track meaningful progress.
What We're Looking For
- Achieved a grade 5 or above in Maths & English Language at GCSE level or equivalent (predicted grades accepted if results within 3 months).
- Age 16 or over.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to physically get to the assigned centre.
- Looking for a long-term commitment for consistency.
