Explore Learning is hiring a Tutor to provide tailored educational support to children aged 4 to 16. In this role, you will empower members to become fearless learners by leading small group sessions with a 1:6 ratio, covering the national curriculum, 11 plus entrance exams, and GCSE content.

What You'll Do

Lead small group tutoring sessions in a 1:6 ratio.
Use the Compass smart learning tool to tailor lessons to each learner's ability.
Build strong relationships with members to inspire them to be fearless learners.
Support members as they progress through the national curriculum, entrance exams, and GCSE preparation.
Celebrate member achievements and track meaningful progress.

What We're Looking For

Achieved a grade 5 or above in Maths & English Language at GCSE level or equivalent (predicted grades accepted if results within 3 months).
Age 16 or over.
Right to work in the UK.
Ability to physically get to the assigned centre.
Looking for a long-term commitment for consistency.
