Catapult Learning is looking for a Virtual Tutor to provide live, synchronous online instructional services to K-12 students. You will use our virtual classroom environment and company-designed curriculum to foster student engagement, confidence, and academic growth.
What You'll Do
- Deliver live, synchronous instruction in a virtual classroom using prescribed instructional methods.
- Build strong relationships with students through consistent communication and engagement.
- Provide real-time feedback and support to promote academic progress.
- Monitor and document student progress using online data and record-keeping systems.
- Communicate with parents/guardians and school personnel regarding student performance.
- Attend required virtual trainings, meetings, and coaching sessions.
- Maintain accurate student records and comply with Company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Teaching or tutoring experience is required.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with K-12 students.
- A strong belief that all students can learn.
- The ability to engage students in a live virtual learning environment.
