ju:niz Energy GmbH is looking for a Troubleshooter Assistant Engineer, Non KONE Equipment to provide essential technical help desk and on-site support services. The role is central to our Front Lines operations, focusing on remote support, analytics, and maintaining high safety standards within a collaborative and innovative work culture.
What You'll Do
- Provide remote technical support for maintenance technicians to identify root causes and corrective solutions.
- Deliver 24/7 Connected Services analytics and support by evaluating non-standard and non-urgent service needs.
- Support technicians in configuring and repairing KRM devices and connections.
- Log all cases to the THD tool and assign, direct, or escalate cases to relevant experts.
- Create knowledge base articles.
- Support sales in assessing the maintainability of equipment before tendering for maintenance contracts.
- Co-operate with and provide expertise to local training centers for training courses.
- Create quality reports in the THD tool after remote support or site visits.
- Proactively identify root causes for issues and forward corrective actions according to established processes.
- Perform COR review and identify units for Clinica visits.
- Operate within KONE safety requirements and ensure each site follows global safety processes.
- Follow safety procedures of customers, partners, and KONE, reporting concerns and stopping operations if violations are detected.
- Allocate daily work together with the THD manager.
- Monitor and lead team performance and adherence to KPI/SLA.
- Review daily team priorities and take action to ensure results are achieved.
- Provide continuous support for THD development together with the THD manager.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma in Engineering or another relevant field.
- IT literacy.
- Willingness to travel.
- Flexibility.
- Knowledge of KONE and/or non-KONE products.
- A strong customer service mindset.
