FS Energieberater GmbH is hiring a Trưởng phòng IDEA (Print on Demand) to lead the department. You will be responsible for building product strategy, managing a team, and coordinating with Marketing, Design, Operations, and Customer Service to bring products to market quickly and effectively.
What You'll Do
- Build seasonal, trend-based, niche, and customer insight-driven product R&D strategy for Print on Demand.
- Manage the R&D team and coordinate effectively with Marketing, Design, Operations, and Customer Service to bring products to market quickly, correctly, and efficiently.
- Collaborate with Marketing to evaluate products based on Facebook Ads metrics and customer insights to improve products.
- Establish KPIs, manage work progress, and evaluate team performance.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the Print on Demand field selling via Facebook Ads.
- Strategic thinking and good data analysis skills, with an understanding of ad metrics and customer behavior to improve products.
- Proficient in product research tools such as Google, Pinterest, and Etsy.
- Systematic, results-driven work style focused on conversion, ROAS, and sales. You have a continuous improvement mindset and high-speed work ethic.
- Communication skills and the ability to coordinate work and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- English proficiency at IELTS 5.0 or equivalent. An appreciation for American-European culture and a passion for creating emotionally resonant products.
Team & Environment
You will manage the R&D team and coordinate with Marketing, Design, Operations, and Customer Service.
