Vanderbilt University Medical Center is hiring a Triage RN, Registered Nurse 2 for its Outpatient Pediatric Neurology team. In this role, you will apply the nursing process to plan and implement the care of patients, including patient and family education and continuum of care planning. You will effectively communicate pertinent information to the health care team and collaborate to establish patient goals and evaluate progress for effective outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate in establishing the plan of care, coordinate and implement care delivery while anticipating patient care needs across the continuum.
- Analyze comprehensive information pertinent to the patient's care and management to determine nursing diagnosis.
- Continually utilize the nursing process to evaluate patient's progress towards goals and apply appropriate interventions to ensure effective outcomes.
- Employ strategies to promote health and a safe and healthy environment.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an approved discipline-specific program.
- Active Registered Nurse license (LIC-Registered Nurse).
- 1 year of relevant work experience.
