10x Team is hiring a Treasury Specialist in a freelance role to train and refine AI models. You'll leverage your deep treasury expertise to guide AI development, ensuring accuracy and practical relevance in financial scenarios. This position requires 8-20 hours per week and is fully remote.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and evaluate AI model outputs related to treasury and corporate finance functions.
- Create and review training materials, scenarios, and data sets to improve model accuracy.
- Provide expert feedback and validation on treasury-related concepts, calculations, and processes.
- Collaborate with AI trainers and researchers to identify areas for model improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven professional experience in a treasury function (e.g., cash management, risk management, corporate finance).
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, financial instruments, and market fundamentals.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills for a freelance schedule.
