Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Deutschland (CCEP) is hiring a part-time Trainer (all genders) for our Mölln location. This is a fixed-term position for 1 year at 20 hours per week. You will be responsible for the disciplinary leadership and comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of our apprenticeship program on-site.
What You'll Do
- Provide disciplinary leadership and support for the apprentices at the location.
- Plan, organize, and execute the entire apprenticeship program on-site.
- Coordinate recruitment and implement the selection process at the location.
- Ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations (e.g., duty of supervision, vocational school attendance).
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training, including the trainer aptitude examination (AEVO).
Nice to Have
- Experience in on-site recruitment (e.g., job fairs, school partnerships).
- Leadership and training experience, along with pedagogical and communication skills.
- Strong social competence and a passion for developing young talent.
