Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of internal tooling programs
- Coordinate between engineering, product, and operations teams
- Define project timelines, milestones, and success metrics
- Track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify dependencies and resolve cross-team blockers
- Ensure tooling solutions meet scalability requirements
- Manage risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate sprint planning and release coordination
- Gather feedback to inform iterative improvements
- Align tooling initiatives with organizational goals
- Drive adoption of new tools across teams
- Document processes and maintain program artifacts
- Support change management for tooling rollouts
- Evaluate tool performance post-implementation
- Collaborate with technical leads on architecture input
- Translate business needs into technical project plans
- Optimize workflows through tooling enhancements
- Maintain transparency with leadership on program status
- Work with remote teams across multiple time zones
- Promote best practices in program execution
- Ensure compliance with internal standards
- Integrate user experience considerations into tool design
- Balance short-term needs with long-term strategy
- Escalate critical issues with clear resolution paths
- Foster a culture of accountability and delivery
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical or management discipline
