Transdev is hiring an experienced Tire Technician to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and longevity of our fleet through tire maintenance, service calls, and vehicle inspections.

What You'll Do

Perform tire maintenance, fulfill service calls for repair, and conduct visual inspections of vehicles.
Ensure vehicles are maintained and safe by performing limited repairs with minimal supervision on basic maintenance items.
Assist with preventative maintenance, safety maintenance inspections, and annual maintenance inspections at prescribed intervals.
Assist in the performance of mechanical repairs including brakes, suspensions, drive trains, and transmission clutches.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work completed on vehicles including parts and supplies used.
Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repair under direct supervision.
Evaluate completed work prior to release and seek approval where required.
Notify supervisor of potentially dangerous equipment and corrective action taken.
Move vehicles safely between job and work area.
Assist with road calls and emergency services as necessary.

3+ years of relevant employment history.
