Delivery Engineer – Configuration Management Specialist, Tieto Banktech Are you passionate about lifecycle management and eager to join one of the largest technology companies in the Nordic region? We are expanding and seeking a delivery engineer interested in becoming part of Tieto and the Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) business area within Tieto Banktech. FCP provides a comprehensive suite of services in Identity, Fraud Prevention, and Anti Money Laundering (AML), aimed at preventing, mitigating, and detecting criminal activities within the financial sector, helping our clients comply with regulations, standards, and internal risk assessments. How You Will Contribute · Execute Configuration Management tasks in projects – Including configuration analysis, configuration control, status reporting, configuration reviews, and release management. · Manage and administer tools used in Configuration Management. · Support as a Configuration Management subject matter expert during development projects. · Establish standardized methods for Configuration Management in projects. · Coordinate with internal and external development teams to integrate FCP services and ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with test, QA, and Customer Success teams. · Participate in delivery meetings and coordinate cross-departmental activities to ensure seamless product implementation. · Assist in product lifecycle processes – Including documentation, release management, etc. · Participate in preliminary and feasibility studies to identify requirements for new or modified product structures and map needs for new Configuration Management tools. · Continuously work on improving and automating CM processes and procedures. · When necessary – Participate in customer meetings alongside Delivery Manager to assess customer needs and provide CM expertise. What You Bring · Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. · Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Strong communication abilities. · Configuration management certification (CMPIC or similar) – Advantageous but not mandatory. · Experience with CI/CD pipelines is beneficial. · Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies is preferred. · Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage. · KeyCloak experience is a plus. · Bash scripting experience – BOT development is a bonus.
