Provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to clients across the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia through a fully remote telehealth platform. As a licensed clinician, you’ll play a central role in delivering high-quality, client-centered care while benefiting from predictable scheduling and full-time W-2 employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual and/or group therapy using clinically validated approaches via secure video platforms
- Complete clinical documentation promptly and in accordance with practice standards
- Attend regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional trainings
- Adhere to ethical and regulatory requirements of independent clinical practice
Qualifications
Candidates must hold an active, independent license in good standing—such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW—in DC, MD, or VA. Demonstrated skill in evidence-based modalities and a dedication to equitable care are essential. A minimum of 20 weekly client-facing hours is required.
Preferred qualifications include multistate licensure, fluency in Spanish, prior telehealth experience, and a background working with underserved communities.
