The IMA Group is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards for reports generated by our physician panel, ensuring every document meets rigorous quality benchmarks.
What You'll Do
- Review IME reports, addenda, peer reviews, and other documentation for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
- Address issues in referral letters and consistently exceed quality assurance expectations.
- Process revisions, follow up on pending changes, and re-review corrected reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing status updates and managing addendum requests from start to finish.
- Monitor deadlines, including urgent client requests, to ensure timely report completion and release.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client issues promptly and streamlining stakeholder communication.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree required.
- 1-3 years of related experience in claims management or quality assurance.
- At least 1 year of experience in Disability claims.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to master client guidelines and work on tight turnaround times.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A clinical background is highly desired.
- Additional experience in Worker’s Compensation is desired.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is also desired.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $25 to $28 per hour.
