Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with wholesalers, plumbing contractors (new construction and repair/remodel), kitchen and bath dealers, and other partners
- Support customers through regular check-ins, thoughtful communication, and a consistent sales call schedule
- Share product knowledge and implement merchandising, marketing, and promotional programs that align with customer goals
- Collaborate closely with Territory Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Business Development teams to support shared success
- Maintain open communication and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing partnership
- Listen to customer feedback and monitor local market trends to better understand evolving needs
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and customer engagements to strengthen connections and brand presence
- Develop and care for a territory plan that supports sustainable growth and long-term relationships

- Travel typically includes approximately 1–2 overnights per quarter
