Frontline Insurance is looking for a Territory Personal Lines Underwriter to play a pivotal role in our mission to Make Things Better. You will provide high-quality service and proactive solutions to our customers, directly contributing to our core values of integrity, patriotism, family, and creativity.
What You'll Do
- Order and review reports necessary for proper risk classification and make related policy changes.
- Handle policy change requests by evaluating underwriting considerations, processing data entry, and executing follow-up actions.
- Review property inspections for new business or renewals for property or liability concerns and recommend action.
- Answer telephone inquiries from agency partners and insureds, providing billing and basic coverage information and resolving problems.
- Assist in reviewing renewal policies with Consent to Rate or high-value coverage for accuracy and determining if additional Consent to Rate is required.
- Provide assistance to underwriting assistants when requested and offer viable solutions to their inquiries.
- Evaluate new business submissions for eligibility and proper classification and initiate communication with agents regarding missing information or concerns.
