Danaher is looking for a Territory Customer Support Engineer to join Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, delivering essential service for laboratory instruments. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting diagnostic systems while building lasting customer relationships within the Delhi NCR territory.

What You'll Do

Install and maintain instruments and systems in a laboratory environment.
Deliver basic operational training to customers at installation.
Provide effective product and customer support.
Ensure Preventive Maintenance and Modification planning is performed in a timely manner.
Seek timely support for difficult product issues to avoid unnecessary downtime.
Perform timely reporting of all field service activities.
Maintain excellent customer relationships with directly assigned accounts.
Adhere to field service policies, procedures, and standards.
Maintain recommended spare parts for your assigned product range.
Travel within the territory and be available to travel on short notice.

What We're Looking For

Diploma or Graduation in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering (or any subjects with electrical and electronics in the curriculum).
Three+ years of basic experience on any type of In-Vitro Diagnostics Equipment (Hematology, Chemistry, or Immunoassay).
Knowledge of Networking and Interface related issues.
Proficiency in MS-Office, Teams, and Networking.
Ability to logically resolve or troubleshoot in times of crisis and leverage expert help.

Nice to Have

Can independently handle 1 or more product groups (e.g., Immunoassay Analyzer, Hematology Analyzer, Chemistry Analyzer) with timely expert support.
Able to identify application vs. service issues and collaborate to resolve them.
Ability to prioritize customer needs effectively.
Ability to coordinate and collaborate with other functions to achieve client delight.
