About the Role

The Territory Account Executive is responsible for acquiring new clients within a defined geographic area by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing sales. This role focuses on expanding market presence through direct outreach and consultative selling techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories
  • Conduct outreach to healthcare facilities via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present service offerings tailored to client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Track and report sales activities and outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client onboarding success
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and forecast accuracy
  • Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Address client concerns during pre-sales process
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits
  • Adapt sales approach based on customer feedback and response
  • Develop territory plans to maximize coverage and efficiency
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead-generation campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies
  • Provide input on customer needs to product and leadership teams
