Responsibilities
- Oversee grant and contract data across INVEST and multiple reporting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Conduct in-depth financial assessments and maintain data quality to inform financial planning and decisions.
- Collaborate with business and program teams to ensure reporting databases reflect current and accurate information.
- Act as the main contact for budget planning and portfolio oversight for investment teams.
- Partner with program staff, grantees, and business units throughout the grant lifecycle, including proposal solicitations and deadline management.
- Support grant oversight by collecting and reviewing progress reports and deliverables.
- Manage contract workflows, including invoice tracking, deliverable monitoring, report receipt, and expenditure reviews.
- Guide grants from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance and timely execution.
- Orchestrate end-to-end grant and contract processes with internal departments and external partners using investment platforms.
- Facilitate global access agreements in coordination with legal specialists.
- Offer direct support to grantees and vendors on budget formats, documentation, technical queries, and proposal preparation.
