At 044 CenterWell Pharmacy, Inc., we are looking for a Technology Implementation Lead to be the strategic connector between our clients and internal technology teams. You will lead the technical onboarding and integration for new pharmacy accounts. This role blends deep technical expertise with client relationship management and project leadership to deliver scalable, secure solutions that drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the technical implementation lifecycle from discovery through post-launch optimization.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for client accounts, ensuring clear communication and solution alignment.
- Collaborate with solution architects, technical product owners, engineering, compliance, and sales leaders.
- Develop and manage detailed technical implementation plans, identify dependencies, and drive accountability.
- Coordinate system connectivity efforts including data migrations, API integrations, EDI transactions, and end-to-end testing.
- Proactively monitor progress, address risks, and escalate issues with clear options.
- Champion best practices in security, compliance, and healthcare data standards.
- Translate client feedback into actionable product insights.
- Create clear documentation, including technical playbooks, data maps, and client-facing guides.
- Partner with solution architects to validate feasibility and scope.
- Work with technical product owners to align client requirements with platform capabilities.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations for fulfillment readiness.
- Engage compliance and privacy stakeholders early to mitigate regulatory risk.
- Collaborate with sales on pre-sales technical discussions, RFP responses, and scoping.
- Interface with client technical teams and executive sponsors to drive clarity and decisions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading technical integrations for healthcare or pharmacy clients.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operational workflows, business drivers, PBM models, and benefits coordination.
- Sales-oriented, client-facing acumen; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on familiarity with API integrations, EDI, data mapping, and healthcare data standards.
- Deep understanding of prior authorization workflows and specialty care dynamics.
- Exceptional project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
