- Serve as the functional lead for product development, partnering with Quality, Systems, Firmware, Marketing, and Operations to resolve issues and drive improvements.
- Define and implement test stack architecture, including critical decisions around firmware, software, and platform requirements.
- Deeply partner with Test Engineering (TE) to develop and maintain test programs using Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems such as Advantest and Teradyne.
- Contribute to test firmware development and validation, aligning with system-level test and product requirements.
- Build and support test software infrastructure to enable automated, scalable testing across platforms.
- Leverage data analytics to extract insights from large-scale test and qualification datasets, driving strategic improvements.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering professional growth.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and conduct strategic analyses to support innovation and operational efficiency.
- Deliver regular, executive-level presentations on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
