HELFERLINE GmbH is hiring for a Technischer Support für Privatpersonen to provide direct technical assistance at customers' homes in Hamburg. As part of our innovative and future-oriented startup, you'll use our app to accept and complete a variety of on-site support jobs.
What You'll Do
- Support private individuals with everyday technology problems directly at their homes.
- Accept and complete assigned support jobs independently via the HELFERLINE app.
What We're Looking For
- Technical skill in dealing with consumer devices like computers, phones, TVs, and printers.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone.
- Strong punctuality and time management abilities.
- A positive appearance and a helpful, service-oriented attitude.
Technical Stack
- Windows, Android, iOS, macOS
- Internet connectivity and network troubleshooting
- Printer setup and configuration
- TV and smart home device support
