PrestaShop is looking for a Technicien.ne Helpdesk to join our Platform & IT team. In this role, you will provide essential internal support with a dual focus: directly assisting employees and actively improving our IT environment. You will work closely in a pair with another technician.

What You'll Do

  • Provide daily technical support to employees, both on-site and remote.
  • Diagnose, resolve, or escalate incidents related to workstations, network, and SaaS tools.
  • Handle IT onboarding, including account creation, equipment provisioning, and checklist completion.
  • Manage stock, orders, and tracking of equipment like Macs, PCs, and peripherals.
  • Maintain inventory using ITAM and MDM tools.
  • Manage access and permissions across systems like Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Office 365.
  • Participate in building and documenting procedures for onboarding, security, and automation.
  • Contribute to internal IT projects involving deployments, migrations, security, and industrialization.

What We're Looking For

  • Ability to become operational quickly and comfort in a multi-OS environment (MacOS, Windows, Linux).
  • Mastery of IT management tools, including Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Office 365.
  • Rigorous, organized, and autonomous work style, with a genuine enjoyment for teamwork in a pair.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with MDM tools such as Intune, Jamf, or Mosyle.
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools like GLPI, Freshservice, or Jira.
  • A sensitivity to user experience and documentation quality.

  • Management & Collaboration: Active Directory, Google Workspace, Office 365

Team & Environment

You will work in a pair within the Platform & IT team. During the hiring process, you will meet with the VP of Engineering and your potential future manager.

  • Compensation range: 32 000€ - 42 000€ brut annuel.
