Maintain and repair building utility systems to ensure they're always operational 2. Open and close electrical/mechanical equipment according to specified schedules 3. Conduct comprehensive checks and maintenance of all building systems per established timelines 4. Handle repairs that can be managed by building maintenance technicians 5. Coordinate with contractors on various building system-related work 6. Document performance data for electrical and mechanical systems and equipment 7. Provide building customers with rapid, efficient utility services (electricity, water, telephone, sanitation) 8. Report directly to the head technician 9.
