Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is looking for a Technician to oversee the building control systems, perform preventive maintenance, and provide tenant support at the Bubhajit Building in Bangkok. You will play a key role in coordinating services to ensure the efficient and secure operation of the property.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and operate control systems and equipment installed throughout the building.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Complete assigned checklists for building engineering services and Senior Technicians.
- Ensure workspaces are clean and maintain security protocols for all work.
- Adhere strictly to company rules and procedures.
- Investigate and repair tenant-requested equipment.
- Monitor sub-contractor work for the building's security.
- Conduct thorough inspections of all electrical systems, pneumatic climate controls, and valves.
- Maintain detailed records of chiller consumption and air conditioning system temperatures.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., security, cleaning) to provide necessary services.
- Provide electrical and telephone system support for exhibitions.
- Be prepared to respond to emergencies or unexpected situations.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at the Bubhajit Building in Bangkok, Thailand.
